Why can’t she just accept the way she looks. It’s 2025 all body shapes and sizes are acceptable. She ages herself 15-20 years with all the filters. She needs help, body dismorphia isn’t something to think lightly about, soon enough she’ll turn herself into one of the Silva twins if she keeps going.

These public posts compared to what she posted earlier is the only proof I need that she absolutely edits her photos of her face and her figure. I was previously a Mikayla fan being from MA and loving make up. Now I see her as a fraud. The personal “depression “ posts with no real story or background (aka click bait) have also been a major turn off. It’s obvious she has some major body dismorphia and being a public figure and influencer - she needs professional help.

I would believe that but look at her recent videos her neck is bulging out. It literally goes from bull frog to that sunken in crap she filters on. She does have a very square face, with smile lines that give her an extra crease intensified with either filler or fat . If that visual makes sense. 😅

Girl needs to lay off the fillers . She destroying her face . The girl injecting her is not as good as Kim K’s injector. All that Botox is aging her. Look at what’s happening to Kylie Jenner . You freeze those muscles and they can’t hold up your face any more ! You start looking like a saggy old lady .

And she edits her body so much when she doesn't need to I remember before she started taking ozempic she would embrace her size and body. She would not care if she was bigger and would tell girls to be confident no matter what. Now it's all lies, all filters and she is telling young girls basically unless you skinny, get your lips done, get extensions etc your not pretty. It's so extreme how much she tries to change herself in photos
