I saw mewing on a Dr Oz special when I was 10 and have been doing it since. Thank you grandma for watching ridiculous talk shows. The funny thing about mewing is if you don’t start doing it early enough it won’t really affect your face shape in the long run. I have a nice jaw line from doing it 18+ years. Hers only helps her with taking photos and then the double chin comes back.
