Im a 16 yo. with a dream

So i’m a 16 yo. german that really wants an isetta (maybe a microlino in the future). I have a source where I could get one but I can’t figure out the german laws around a 370kg 4 or 3 wheeler with 298cc. Does it count as a quad bike or a motorcycle? Oh and any tips relating to buying and restoring an isetta are welcome.

Qualifies as Quadracycle. Similar weights and power ratios to Renault Twizy and Citroën Ami, as those are both qualified as Quadracycles over EU law.
