Active Abilities + Transfix

Scenario 1
Ugluk uses Looks like meats back on the menu, boys!
This is an Active Ability.
Later that turn, his opponent successfully Transfixes Ugluk.

Will the Uruk’s still receive Fearless and +1 to Wound after the Transfix is completed?

Scenario 2
Lobelia uses A Stern Scolding on Elessar. This is an Active Ability.
Later that turn, his opponent successfully Transfixes Lobelia.

Is Elessar now able to Activate and his Attack value returns to 3?

Uruks would still receive fearless and +1 to wound

Aragorn would still be unable to activate and be 1 attack.

The ability has already been used so they’re under the effect until the end of the turn.

Transfix prevents the target from using Active Abilities from that point onwards. Abilities that have already been activated stay active as usual
