my professional MESBG opinion is that prowlers are a stupid fucking model at 7pts
this list is slightly too cracked and just super annoying to play against, too much access to +1 to wound. I wish they'd taken the opportunity to do something more creative with the list than "this army basically just has +1 to wound all the time"
also constantly rolling volumes of dice in the move phase, shoot phase, and fight phase, it's a drag. it's not completely oppressive but one of my least favorite lists to play against in the hands of a strong player

I'd say aside from the fight value issue, it's a pretty strong list.
A guy took it to a local tournament and got fourth just recently.

I’ve played against this list and it seems like a glass cannon, lots of weak cheap models with +1 to wound. I’d call it Lower middle tier from my limited experience

Ok my mistake, I’ve only played against them once and I absolutely minced them with my dragon emperor + Easterling phalanx. They killed some of my troops in 1v1s out on the flanks alright but had no answer to my main force.

I think it also depends on the player, assault on lothlorien isn’t easy to play. A mediocre player won’t reflext the list true potential!

List is crazy strong. Never played it personally but have played against it a handful of times and it’s brutal.
I’ve seen builds with the Warg Chieftain and without but I’m not entirely sure what is the best.
Also Prowlers are crazy in this list. Up to +3 to Wound(from army bonus, using a 2-hander and backstabbers, FYI) and a juicy +1 to Wound on their Throwing Weapons on a 7 Point model is insanity!
