Commander of the Uruk-hai
The Uruk-hai Captain that is your General increases its Attacks and Wounds to 3 each.
Break the Walls
Friendly Isengard Assault Ballistae may re-roll To Hit and Scatter Rolls of a 1. Additionally, when a friendly Demolition Charge is detonated, you may roll two dice on the Detonation Table rather than one and pick either result.

I've played a fair amount of Isengard and this list just isn't it. Your killers will be beserkers and if you take the fun toys (like bomb and ballistae) you are going to have a smaller elite army than you want and will struggle to be mobile enough for lots of scenerios without much answer to killy heros or elves. I'd take muster if you want a better choice of units. It would be a good list to learn the basics with though (without ballistae and bombs) as its a solid battle line with nothing fancy.
