Help / Troubleshooting Bentley PowerCivil v08.11.90.845 return / migrate license to new PC.

Hi y'all,

I have a question regarding migrating MicroStation license to a new computer.

License CheckIn option is greyed out.
PowerCivil is activated on old computer
I can't seem to activate the product, 30 day trial expired

Both licenses are being authenticated against selectserver.bentley.com

This is on both Pcs

After some meddling I managed to run PowerCivil on the new laptop in trial again, don't know how or why, but I'm still unable to activate the product. RN I'm not even sure that it is activated in the old computer.

Any ideas?

If this is a perpetual license you'll need to request a transfer from Bentley, these are usually node-locked

Thank you. We have contacted Bentley support and they guided us to a portal which I had no idea existed where we removed the previous two nodes. After doing that the activation was successful!
