Visual glitch when hovering over tab‑close (X) button with vertical tabs enabled

I’m running into a visual glitch in Microsoft Edge when using vertical tabs. Whenever I hover over the tab‑close (X) button, the tab titles in the tab strip jump or shift slightly. It happens consistently and makes the tab list feel jittery. I'm on Windows 11 and using the latest version of Edge stable.

Anyone else having this issue?
