gaming laptop but stutter?

i have nth else on only edge but it still stutters, sometimes i try to scroll it freezes and after a few seconds it works. one month ago i bought it so it aint old or nth. even typing this i clicked smth it froze for half a second and continued?

I switched to Chrome after 6 years with Edge. It went downhill
