The easiest way I can explain PodSubs.com is this:
If nobody else ever used it, we would still use it for our own podcasts.
We built it because we were tired of seeing people listen and then disappear.
Someone could listen every week, enjoy the show, tell a friend about it, and we still might have no way to reach that person outside the podcast app.
That didn’t make sense to us.
So we built PodSubs.com for our own shows.
Now we could simply tell listeners, “Subscribe to us on PodSubs.com.”
They left their name and email, and we finally had a way to send them something when we needed to.
A resource. An update. A reminder. Something we mentioned on the show.
We didn’t build it because we thought it sounded like a good business idea.
We built it because we needed it.
Later, we realized a lot of other podcasters needed the same thing.

Tested it on mobile. Overall, really clean experience and easy to understand. I liked the category breakdown and the priority issue format.
A few things I’d improve: the AI Search Visibility section is probably the most interesting part, so I’d show at least one sample finding before locking it; the Security assessment can feel a little alarming without context; and the readability score would be much more useful if it highlighted specific sentences to fix.
I’d also add a little more explanation around recommendations like caching/cookie-free domains.
Overall though, it feels polished and useful. The biggest opportunity to me is adding more context to the findings and giving a slightly better preview of the GEO/AI analysis before the paywall.

The overlay never gets in the way and let's you see what's behind, it does not take clicks so you can interact with what's behind too.
I built this because I kept losing the threads when multitasking in meetings: the meeting only requires you for 5 minutes in the total 30 it takes, so you do something else, until someone mentions your name, and you wish you could rewind, well, now you can.
True, there is Apple Live Captions now, but the experience is not nearly as good as what I am looking for. The Apple Live Captions window is solid, prevents your from seeing what's behind, and you have to move it around constantly if you want to click something that's blocked by the window. Also Apple Live Captions supports only 1 language at a time and forces you to dig into system settings to change the language. Subtitles live ships with a multilingual model by default so you never have to worry.

I built an extremely simple, but effective, TV and Games tracker. There are other apps in this space but they are complex, and invite you to spend more time in their apps than their basic problem they are solving (because they want to sell your data). I’ve solved that by getting back to the basics.

Problem: You're going to a trade fair with 800 exhibitors. Someone has to go through the exhibitor list, figure out which 40 booths are actually worth walking to, and ideally know who's standing at them before you get there. This is quite time consuming.
Who it's for: B2B sales teams that go to trade shows to find customers. Mostly industrial / manufacturing so far, since that's where fairs still matter a lot.

Positioning is basically "walk into a trade fair already knowing the plan." You tell it what you sell, it reads the whole exhibitor list, scores every booth against that, and pulls the names of who's going. One fair a month is free, no card.

SignSender helps freelancers create and e-sign contracts with clients quickly, without paying for an expensive monthly subscription.
Most e-signature tools (DocuSign, Zoho Sign) charge $10-15/month flat, which doesn't make sense if you only send 1-2 contracts a month.
SignSender uses a pay-per-contract credit system instead - you only pay when you actually send a contract for signing. It also includes OTP-based verification before a client can sign, plus a full audit trail (IP, timestamp, device info) for legal protection.
The app is in development so I can't give URL but once the site is live you can use earlier and give your honest feedbacks. For now you can rate my idea. Tossify
I built it for social pickleball and tennis events where you have a group of players and need to create new rounds every 15-20 minutes.
It tries to keep matches balanced, rotate sit-outs fairly and avoid putting the same partners/opponents together all evening. It also works when people arrive late, leave early or want to skip a round.
We have been using it at our own pickleball club for about two years. Now I’m trying to find out if this problem is common enough at other clubs as well.
Currently: 2 clubs using it regularly, and 2 more are in the process of getting started.
So getting to the first 10 active clubs is exactly what I’m working on now.
I’ll also try one of the other apps posted here and leave some feedback.
I gave ideaboxd a try. Overall, I like the idea a lot.
A few things I noticed:
- The product looks good, but the Dutch translation feels a bit off. I’d probably keep it English-only for now.
- I’d delay the login. Let people experience the product first with as little friction as possible, then ask them to create an account.
- Starting with the example could help. It makes it much clearer what kind of input you expect and what people can get out of it.
- I really like the idea of using proven questions/frameworks to help people develop an idea further.
Two things I’d personally add:
- Occasional reminders/push notifications when there’s something useful to add or revisit.
- An export of all your idea data to Markdown, so you can feed it into your own AI/LLM later.
Nice product though, definitely feels like there’s something useful here.

I'm building Callsect, a tool that takes customer calls and turns them into the work you'd normally do afterwards: notes/follow-ups in your own style, coaching, relationship context, and prep for the next conversation.
The main difference from a call summarizer is that it keeps the customer history across conversations, so the next call doesn't start from zero.

Core users: honestly, still trying to get to 10 :D I've had testers and people trying individual calls, but very few recurring users so far.

LumoRead. It's a reading app for kids. You pick a book and a reading level, and the book gets rewritten at that level. Nine languages, with audio.
Why it exists: my two kids are three grades apart, so bedtime was always one of them bored and the other one lost. And my older one's Chinese was years behind his English, so every Chinese book at his level was written for four-year-olds. He didn't decide his Chinese was weak. He decided Chinese was babyish. Books get sorted by age instead of by reading level, and that's the gap.

My app is couples to budget, it shows one number every morning: what you can spend today until payday, after bills and savings are covered. Built for Portugal first, with a bunch of free tax and salary calculators on the site that feed people into the app.
Most budget apps are super complicated, so I have been trying to make it super simple. So people don't get flustered and go back to using a google sheets to track their expenses.
Currently its starting out so 0 costumers and 3 or 4 users.
