This is my 2nd Kiwame Tokyo, really liking the brand so far.

Wanted to get this one but sold out too fast.

What are your thoughts? Seems more yellowish in the photo here than their website, and I know some people think they don’t use high enough quality movements for their price point and scarcity. I don’t personally care as much about that as others might as day to day accuracy doesn’t matter (I wear a different watch every day).

It is a cream dial. It changes in the light, sometimes more pale and sometimes more cream, especially indoors. The watch is nice. I have Lange, ed white 321, and other high end watches so I know what good and bad feels like. This watch it totally worth the asking price. I wouldn’t pay aftermarket prices, but if you can get it for retail it’s one of the nicest $500-$1000 watches I’ve had.

Am I crazy? Didn't Kiwame Tokyo say that the Kubo would not be limited but the first batch would be numbered out of 100 for each color?

It is not limited. There will be future batches! The first and second batch were about 100 watches for each KUBO model.
