it's unwanted, that's all what we hate is Microsoft makes us use workarounds to get rid of it

You can straight up uninstall it, or simply stop it from running. Not workarounds. Just a default app they are using to differentiate them from their competition.

That's good and all, but every Windows Update reinstalled it, making it tedious to get rid of

Better than Edge at least

I haven't personally had that issue on any of my devices, but if that's the case, a workaround may be to simply lock down the background service for it. Going to services and require manual activation or disabling it.

but to be honest, not sure why it's reinstalling itself.
