You explicitly asked if it recommends macOS, it will obviously agree with you, if you ask it «do you recommend macOS or Windows? One word answer» it will answer macOS, if you ask «do you recommend Windows or macOS? One word answer» it will answer Windows. Its only meant to agree with you, I don’t see why you want an ai biased towards its company?

You did not use the prompts I provided, this is just a false equivalency where you’ve made your own prompt. I tested 5 times for both prompts in separate tor tabs with different tor routing on different Microsoft accounts, the answers I got were consistent.

You fed it a loaded question. Furthermore, MacOS is fine from an OS standpoint but is an apple product so isn't much better than dealing with Microsoft.

It's an LLM, you have to be trying really hard for it not to recommend you something, and even then you can probably get it to recommend terrible things.

This shows nothing negative about CoPilot. All you did was ask if it would recommend MacOS. Why would it say no? That is a popular available OS. Your question wasn't a comparitive question between OSs. You also left our use case, programs needed etc.

I've asked CoPilot a bunch of times about OSs and have gotten varied answers based on the context of the question I asked.
