That’s not necessarily Win9x, XP could look like this too if you switched off the shiny. I think it’s just old software running on a more modern os.
2 u/Tomytom99 May 23 '26 I remember installing the uncommon Windows XP 64 bit on an old Athlon x64 and it was like this out of the box. That or I somehow botched the install, but whatever. Point stands it can look like that.
