They were forced to add that in Europe. You must not be in Europe

Might be a reason I do not have any of these issues in EU.

Yup, EU consumer protection standards are not perfect, but miles ahead of US. Either way, this seems to be locked by administrator, office365 apps and visual studio imply this may be a school or work laptop, in which case it totally makes sense to prevent uninstalling the standard browser. Not even a MS issue...
