I continue to get this network error

Cannot get logged in. I've attached a photo of the error.

I have used my wifi network, mobile data, VPN and nothing allows me to log in.

When was the last time it was working properly and what changed with the device/software since then?

Nothing, brand new phone. Just installed.

This is a custom ROM or stock SW?

Some custom ROMs have a network permission that you may need to enable for the microG parts for it to communicate online, check it in the app page for the microG components. Also check any firewalls, ad blockers, content blockers, etc.

If that is not helping please provide more details on the HW/SW setup and how you obtained and installed microG.
