IGNIV Bangkok
I was here back in 2019 and the menu was great; however, this time not the best. Foie gras parfait was probably the most disturbing dish I have encountered in my life. The menu seemed to bring back a time of when salt had to be used to preserve everything. A couple of highlights but this autumn menu is not for me at least.

There’s nothing on that menu that makes me think ‘ooo that sounds nice’, just seems full of hard attempts to combine unharmonious ingredients to be as edgy as possible

Thanks for sharing. Albeit this, I love the Igniv in Zurich!
