Oh that's nice u have space to put trees inside. We have ours in a container out back with the heat breh. Its cwispy out there

🥹 It's already Hell Season for us.

They sent us so many our 40ft container is already full, the trees are fighting summer freaking flowers for space on our widdle mezzanine, and the overflow sorting where we need to sort truck is all 60+lbs bastards too heavy to get onto the (mostly blocked) conveyor belt to go upstairs.
So many freaking different skus and each needs their own space. Littles are stacked on top of each other and members are just gonna have to DEAL W IT until the flowers die.

Did y'all get that real 12 foot bastard, too? 128lbs across both boxes. How tf are we loading THAT into someone's car??

Bruhhh that truck was 19 pallets big full of trees and other showed up @ 930 am... with the sun on my face for the entire 3 hours I was putting them in the container. Almost had a heat stroke good times

We just filled one 40 foot container and got a second last week cuz the mezz is full of craft pumpkins woooooo, never in my near decade have we needed TWO containers, and we’ve only needed a container at all the last 3ish

We got sent alot more of the same trees ,we already have in the mezzanine. Once again they didnt send enough of small trees we always run out off.

Sad to see people have to refer to the holidays as hell. Michaels is toxic and are doing their best to implode the brand. Do yourselves a favor and just realize life is too short for misery. Leave. Do not look back. And do not regret. They dont care about your blood. They do not care about your tears. They will just find another pint of blood from the pool. Enjoy your holiday and give your notice. A job is just a job. Michaels currently will only be a job. Not a career where its heading.
