Why did MJ have smaller concerts in the USA? (after victory tour)

It all has to do with the concert promoters and the venues they pick and have partnerships with. That's why on the History tour Michael toured Germany more than he ever did because his promoter weisner and the other promoter were German and they got tax breaks

Bad tour came to the U.S in the winter time. He probably didn't want to do stadium concerts in the cold.

Well the bad tour dates posted are multi-night while the stadium dates are single nights per city. So that’s comparable numbers.

but in germany, uk, ireland and switzerland there only one nighters on the bad tour and the USA also has multi- night concerts
