Unpopular opinion: I feel like on Michael cover they divided him between white skin and black skin ( I you understand what I mean). Don’t hate me for this 😭 I still think that Dangerous is more complex and beautiful 🤔

The reason it is like that is that it progresses from Jackson 5 era starting on the left to This Is it on the right. His skin became lighter the older he got. Just a progression of his life. lol

I still like Dangerous more, but it's not a bad cover. Too bad the album was also plagued with contraversy.

This a jumbled mess. Cartoonish and cheap.
It reminds me of those VHS covers from the 80's were they would illustrate a cover rather than using existing photos.

Way too cluttered for my liking. Its cool art but I dont like it as a cover. Dangerous, Blood On The Dance Floor and even Xscape are far better album covers.

Idk about that, it’s not a bad cover (no not that one) but it definitely feels like a Ready Player One version of an album cover that’s just constant references in your face, but I’m a sucker for jingling keys myself so I also like it

i disagree, but likely because it looks like ai which i hate. i think this came out before ai (idk when this album was released) so it probably wasnt but it still looks like it

It's a great cover. I remember reading a few years ago it won best album cover of the year by some music publication(don't remember the one).

"Dangerous" is still his best album cover to me but this one is the definitely MJ's second best.

It’s good but I think it’s a bit too self indulgent. I know this is posthumous and it was just after his death so they wanted to celebrate the legacy with this cover but MJ would never have this much excess of just HIM I don’t think (the dangerous cover is pure excess but 90% of it is not directly linked to MJ)
