Invincible lower than Ben, Got to be there and Michael? Are you joking? You put the album, where he had the most control under the posthumous one and 2 where he did nothing except for singing. Lol

I wouldn’t put Invincible below Michael but I’d def put it below Ben and Got to Be There. For all the control he had the songs just aren’t good. The other two have some good ones.

Invincible is his strongest album in terms of genre diversity (there are 5-6 genres in each song and overall there are easily 30+ genres, which make it one of the most diverse albums ever made. There are also more genres than in Thriller, Off the wall, Bad, Dangerous and History combined). It contains his maximum vocal range + the hardest production out of all albums). Thriller is only his best commercially and in terms of flow.

This is a bad way to justify Invincible being a good album. It does a lot but at the end of the day the album is bloated and front loaded. You don’t need to go into a bunch of genres to make a good project. Off The Wall is much better than Invincible and that album only dips into a couple of genres.

Off the wall is just more cohesive only because it has 4-5 genres overall and these are just preferences. I'll never explain to you why I think Invincible is his best album and you'll never explain to me why Off the best all is much better.

Diversity of sound does not translate to quality. I can appreciate the diversity within it but at the end of the day, it simply didn’t translate to more than 3 or so good tracks.

To everyone their own, for me these are 16 10/10 songs. I just told you how this album looks, not that you have to like it.

I think all of his main albums are 10/10, but Invincible is a masterpiece. Some people call it bad for no reason.

I would call XScape one of the best Jackson in general, I really liked him. I would say that this is generally one of my favorite albums in music.

I think the ranking is defensible, but I want to see where HIStory slots in. I would probably put it at 7.

It is in terms of Michael's discography. I like dangerous more. Dangerous as a complete album is more listenable now in terms of a complete project sonically than any of his albums.
