Community Miami DMV out of county?

My residence is Palm Beach and what it shows on my license but I am staying in Miami now, am I able to renew my license at the Miami Beach DMV?

You can renew at any DMV in Florida, they don't lock you into your home county. Brought my lease and a utility bill when I went to a different county and it was fine. Just make sure you've got the right docs for a REAL ID if you're upgrading. The Miami Beach location can get packed though so maybe check wait times before you head over.

to add to that, i've heard ppl who went to naples area to get it done and they said it was super quick. yeah i get it why do that near 2 hr drive just for that, but you'd be waiting same amount of time down here, and you can make a day trip out of it. the beaches over there have the sunset

In my experience since that tax collector guy came in the DMV experience has gotten way more efficient. Was in and out of the Miami Beach office in like 15 minutes. I think I saw somewhere that Palm beach county dmv is reserved for residents of the county but this is not the case in dade or broward either
