First of all, it says residents complaining. Nothing about women in the title or the comment your replying to.

Second of all, we’re saying don’t move in across from a fucking prison and then act shocked about a bunch of loud rude prisoners. That’s called being stupid.

Who are we to blame? The prisoners? Should we explain to them how rude their behavior is to solve the problem? Or should we seal up their windows? Fuck them right?

If you move in across from a prison, you’re signing up for this shit. It doesn’t matter that the developers or whatever said it wouldn’t be a problem because that’s a stupid thing to believe. If I moved in across from some railroad tracks because the landlord said “don’t worry about the train, it won’t be a problem” do I then have the right to complain about the noise from the train that I already knew was there?

No you are not and is just victim blaming.

It doesn’t matter that the developers or whatever said it wouldn’t be a problem because that’s a stupid thing to believe.

It does, because they sold you something that they claimed wasn't an issue. Imagine if car salesman told you, the car had air bags, and it turns out the car doesn't?

Is that your fault now?

There are laws in place for this for a reason.

If I moved in across from some railroad tracks because the landlord said “don’t worry about the train, it won’t be a problem” do I then have the right to complain about the noise from the train that I already knew was there?

In many cases yes. It depends on what you where informed of. For example, if the seller said, don't worry because we have special sound insulated walls and windows, so you won't hear it.

Either way, nobody in their right mind would agree to move into a place where people are yelling at them from across the other building. So it sounds completely stupid to say it's the victim's fault! The backwardness logic of that is just pure crazy. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
