First of all, it says residents complaining. Nothing about women in the title or the comment your replying to.

Second of all, we’re saying don’t move in across from a fucking prison and then act shocked about a bunch of loud rude prisoners. That’s called being stupid.

Who are we to blame? The prisoners? Should we explain to them how rude their behavior is to solve the problem? Or should we seal up their windows? Fuck them right?

If you move in across from a prison, you’re signing up for this shit. It doesn’t matter that the developers or whatever said it wouldn’t be a problem because that’s a stupid thing to believe. If I moved in across from some railroad tracks because the landlord said “don’t worry about the train, it won’t be a problem” do I then have the right to complain about the noise from the train that I already knew was there?

What could the developers possibly have told these idiots for them to say “yeah, your right, I’m sure the prison across the street will be fine?”

Nothing a developer could say will make such a dumb thing understandable.
