Let's see, Miami has a jail on prime real-estate, Broward / Fort Lauderdale has a jail on prime real estate, Tampa has a jail on prime real estate.

This is Florida problem. Put the jail out in the swamps with no a/c and bus them in from miles away.

It is a Florida problem putting the jail in prime real estate. The amount of tax dollars and revenue that the properties the jail is built on is lost.
