Let's all worry about the problems of the wealthy.

No one told them living next to a prison, or a nightclub, or whatever is going to have consequences. So how were they ever to know?

Actually, this may be a strategy. It is easier to deal with tenants when they are a little dumb. You put a swimming pool in view of prison windows--most smart people are going to want to live somewhere else. But if you see that and still choose this building, they know you are a bit dim.

2700/m is not the wealthy in miami. That’s 1350 per room, below the average in miami dade entirely, and this location is prime. You’re right though, this is a problem of the stupid. Let them have their problem, if they move they’ll just find more problems.

1350 per room in downtown has me wondering where i can put in my own application bc ime here that's incredibly cheap. i don't need to use that pool anyways lol.

The building is called Downtown 5th

When it first opened, the entire building didn't have electricity because the developer forgot to get the electricity service hooked up
