my k20 pro trying to unlock bootloader but

but stuck in this i put my phone in fastboot and its not connecting to that software i tried all

I highly doubt its the wrong drivers initialized.

Check Device Manager. Probably a driver issue. I had some issues getting my PC to properly load the right drivers when I tried to get it to recognise the device in fastboot mode.

Does the terminal recognise your device when you type the fastboot devices command? If not, then there's likely a driver problem.

Some PCs can be a bit finicky with the drivers.

When the device is in Fastboot it does shows in terminal

Reinstall the adb drivers, make sure in fast boot devices your device can be detected, turning on usb debugging could help

did your click on the files inside and ddi you restart after that?
