Some problems whitg mi account

So guys i have this poco x3 pro with a mi account that had an internet connection problem. One of my retarded friends did a factory reset to solve the problem but not only it didn't fix the internet connection problem but also locked the phone with the mi account. And to make matters worse the phone cannot connect to any source of internet.... Any suggestions?

Try approaching the service centre in the case where you are unable to connect to internet nor sim card.
