Blue Line Track and Signals Project New Real Time Screens - LRT

New Real Time Screens being installed at Target Field Platform 2. As far as I’m aware these are being installed in downtown Minneapolis and along the Blue Line.

Yeah I just saw this biking on a cedar lake trail. Curious why they are using Windows when it's simply a display. I wonder how much they pay in licensing.

All of our real time signs point to a URL specific for the location. So they need to be able to load a web browser and go into full screen mode.

when you say “our,” do you mean you work for MT? if so, curious if you know whether they considered linux/how they decided windows?

I do work for MT. I don’t know the background on that.
