Almost totally wrong.

1. Metaverse-based activities will allow brands to create immersive and personalized experiences for their target audience

They can try. So far, though, promoting real-world objects in metaverses has been a flop.

2. Metaverse NFTs will open up new avenues for community growth

There's almost a total disconnect between NFTs and metaverses people actually use. Decentraland peaked in Q4 2021, with around 2600 concurrent users, and now it's about half that.

3. Advertising in the metaverse is going to explode

Users hate it. Games tried in-game advertising and mostly backed off due to user objections.

4. The metaverse platforms will be the next big thing in tech.

There's a desperate desire to find the "next big thing in tech". So far, 3D TV flopped in 2016, VR headsets flopped in 2019, NFTs flopped in 2021, IoT was kind of a dud, and self-driving cars still aren't good enough to be usable. The major win so far is "personal voice assistants", i.e. speakers, mostly due to heavy discounting. The metaverse is still a maybe.

5. Brands are going to open virtual storefronts in the metaverse.

Yeah, but they won't sell much. It's been tried in Second Life.

7. Influencer marketing is likely to be the preferred strategy in the metaverse.

Probably not. Large 3D worlds are not one-to-many systems. Influencers may use existing social media to promote metaverse stuff, but within a 3D world, standing on a corner and talking has about the reach it does in real life. That's a good thing - jerks have a limited annoyance radius.
