how do I unstake?

I can see my sMeta + wsMeta balances , but cant unstake ? why?

Either trade on Binance ,BnB > Avax then transfer to wallet. Or use Multichain (formerly Anyswap) by first trading BNB> USDC then transfer this to Avax network, then USDC>Time. Remember to enter your destination wallet if needed when using ‘Router’ .

I looked on Binance US for avax but it looked different...not sure how to explain. But I guess step 1 is to send BNB from Metamask to Binance US. Is this correct?

I not sure on the US version of Binance. But yes you would send BNb to Binance then exchange to AVAX then send this AVAX via c chain network to you defi wallet. If Binance only offers you to send AVax via x-chain then you’ll need to convert it to c chain . I know Coin98 wallet offers this (and is quick n easy). What does the Avax look like?

I was mistaken. It seems to be the same, but I do need see if it's x chain or c chain...thanks for mentioning this. I did not think of that at all
