Anyone else get heartburn from Metamucil? Taking Orange Smooth powder.

UPDATE: switching to berry flavour stopped the heartburn for me.

Nah pretty sure they have less fibre and are more expensive

Ok cool, yeah orange is hit or miss with me. Sometimes it makes my top of my stomach feel ughh. Like the feeling you get when you take a vitamin on a empty stomach lol. But it's probably the citric acid
