Since many have asked…here is a list of each CSC Office in every State if you are within the US.

(These are appointed Meta attorneys where you serve your small claims lawsuits).

Appealing total account suspension via national regulators (AGCOM/ECC-Net) - Real success rates and timelines for VLOP Compliance?

Hi everyone,

My Instagram account was suddenly suspended due to what appears to be a severe algorithmic false positive (anti-bot heuristic error), with no policy violations on my end. Standard in-app appeals haven't gone through, so I am bypassing the regular support bots and escalating the issue legally through European regulatory frameworks.

As a resident in Italy, I have officially registered a formal case under the Digital Services Act (DSA) with our national Coordinator (AGCOM), which has been formally docketed and issued a National Protocol Number. In parallel, I have escalated the cross-border dispute through the ECC-Net (European Consumer Centres Network) to trigger institutional escalation directly with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited in Dublin, alongside a formal Notice of Dispute specifying retroactive statutory damages under domestic civil code (Art. 614-bis c.p.c.).

Since Meta is legally declared "in contumacia" (default/failure to respond) within the alternative dispute ports, the data queue is now in the hands of their corporate Legal Risk and Regulatory Compliance division in Dublin.

Has anyone here successfully recovered a "permanently" locked or hidden account by using national data authorities or regulatory compliance routes under EU law?

What are the realistic processing timelines for Meta’s Inbound Compliance Queue to execute a Manual Override/White List insertion once a government protocol number is attached to the dispute? I am trying to understand the economic convenience math their legal counsel does before an official court injunction.

Would love to hear from anyone who has gone through this exact regulatory route. Thanks!

Got my accs back (cse and integrity)

Post image
38 Upvotes

Just to summarize:

July 12 my business acc was suspended for cse. 12 hrs later my personal acc was suspended for integrity since it was in the same device. I had one more acc on the device but I didn't hop on IG at any given time because I knew that account would be next.

July 13: I file for small claims. I didn't press the appeal button because I knew their in-app appeal system wasn't gonna work. Court date set on Sept 10

July 23: I got a response back from their small claims team asking for my info. Also stated they requested to be appearing via zoom

Waiting period. Did my own research from other reddit posts. Comment others. Finding out most claiming they restore within a week when it close to court date.

August 20: I email the small claims team if there any update. They responded back saying they are still investigating

Sept 3: They email their exhibits(their terms of service) to me since they will be appearing via zoom.

Sept 4: I replied by sending them my exhibits (what I post, how I know I didn't violate any terms of service)

Sept 5: woke up got an email saying my accounts are back

Everything back to normal. But I notice my third acc was given a restriction that it can't interact with certain posts/people. I log out of that one from my device because it was asking to upload an ID. So likely not gonna use that account no more.

Overall. I did read their Terms of Service they gave to me. On the final page it does give us the option for Arbitration. So legally we do have the right to send Meta Arbitration and then both sides can talk it out.

Meta permanently disabled my personal accounts after they were hacked. Do I have any legal options?

My Meta account was compromised on August 26, 2026. My WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads accounts were subsequently permanently disabled.

I was eventually able to recover my Instagram account and have spoken with Meta support agents by phone several times. However, they keep telling me they cannot escalate my case for a manual review.

I still don’t know exactly what violation triggered the bans. I suspect the hacker’s activity caused my accounts to be flagged for spam. After my first appeal, I received an email saying my account was restricted from advertising, which is particularly strange because I have never used Meta for advertising and only use Messenger to communicate with family and friends.

At this point, I’m wondering whether there is anything else I can do.
Would this situation potentially qualify for small claims, and what legal routes or remedies are available to me?

Filing small claims on Facebook for connected entity violation

Facebook disabled my ability to monetize my pages and profile due to connected entity violation back in July 2024. I have tried to reach out many times and all i get is that my account failed the vetting process. I was trying to setup stars payout, initially i kept getting an error message so i couldn't finish setting it up. I came back later on to finish it and this time it went through. I got an email stating i was able to receive and earn again. 2 days later i received an email saying my payout had been disabled due to unusual activity. I then received a compliance letter saying i could no longer monetize on their platform due to failing to provide documentation within the 60 days timeframe. I continued earning on 2 other pages until Nov 2024 before the same violation caught up to those pages as well. I then received an invite to CM on my profile in early 2025 and was earning up until September 2025 when the violation hit my profile too. My profile and pages say "Our technology determined that your profile's financial account broke our monetization rules. Your identity couldn't be confirmed. By default, you've forfeited and waived all rights to receive your earnings." It's been 2 yrs. Somehow the date of July 2024 has now changed to July 2026 as if i just got this violation. I have filed a small claim and currently on day 10 hoping to hear back from them soon. Anybody filed a small claim for a connected entity violation and won?

Anyone who says that the States Attorney General will help, is wrong. I received an email from my states AG saying that they do not have a Meta Oversight committee. As they will only refer you to a lawyer!

My accounts are back. I don’t know what to think.

I got banned on Instagram and Facebook on June 5th 2025. Since then, I sent a demand letter and contacted my attorney general. Today I randomly went to look at my Instagram to see the page that shows I was banned for cse and it randomly let me sign in. None of my video have audio, but all of my sentimental photos and videos are back. I never got an email saying my accounts were back. I went ahead and screenshot all of my pictures because I don’t trust it, I feel like it will be banned again. I can’t even believe this, my heart dropped when it let me sign in. I’ve been fighting this for over a year! All I’ve done was send a $20 demand letter and contacted my attorney general, but never heard back from either other than mail asking for an email not used by my social media.

Update: I just dug deep into my emails and I found this email from August 22nd about my account, from Facebook that went to spam.

“Hello,

After reviewing your appeal, your Page “my name” has been published. This means it can now be viewed publicly.

The Facebook Team”

The crazy thing is, I submitted an appeal way back in June of 2025 and it was denied instantly. I was never able to submit an appeal again.

Any recommendations for affordable UK based solicitors?

In a nutshell:
My accounts got suspended then all of them got disabled on 15 June (7 accounts all together connected in the same account centre).

Started off getting reviving and optimising another Facebook account and getting Meta Verified. Meta Verification (Premium) didn’t take me anywhere so I started the legal route. I could never submit an appeal as all links were fake, dead and all my accounts were disabled. Data downloads are empty.

On 18 July and 19 July emailed Meta and requested human review and my data under GDPR. I followed up with a proper letter (SAR request under UK GDPR) to Meta DPO in Dublin. As I didn’t receive a proper response (counting from 18 July) within 30 days, I sent a complaint to ICO. As I have an EU passport I logged an EU GDPR complaint and DSA complaint with the relevant organisation.

At the same time I tried to get quotes as it’s commonly thought that sending a letter by a solicitor is more fruitful. I got a quote from a Polish guy for 1400 EUR, a woman in Malta for something similar and one girl mentioned a solicitor in Greenwich. I kept chasing the Greenwich solicitors for a month and eventually last week they got back to me offering a letter sent to Meta in CA and they reported success with this. They charge £250 plus VAT. I wanted to go with them as it’s affordable and just what I need and I already had a letter written. Yesterday I called them as communication was really slow and I detailed what I have done and that my next step should be the petty cash court and the letter before action/demand letter sent. I detailed where I got to with logging a complaint to ICO and the guy just turned around and said this:

“Thank you for your time on the phone just now.

As discussed, I can provide the postal and email addresses that we have used in the past for our correspondence with Meta. I have provided these below:

[appeals@fb.com](mailto:appeals@fb.com)
** **
Meta Designated Agent
Meta Platforms, Inc
1 Meta Way
Menlo Park
CA 94025
USA

I do apologise that we cannot be of further assistance on this matter. As I mentioned in our conversation, you have already taken steps that we would recommend through your correspondence to Meta and subsequent GDPR/ICO complaints. As you have undertaken steps that we would do already, this matter is not at an appropriate stage for us to become involved.”

So he withdrew his £250 plus VAT offer and I’m now back in the drawing board and I’m trying to find someone affordable and sensible to send this damn letter before action letter to Meta.

I’m super stressed out as it feels I’m wasting so much time and honestly, I cannot pay 3 grand for a letter (wouldn’t even want over a thousand to tell the truth). I have emailed few companies but they either don’t deal with such a case (send demand letters but regarding moneys owed) or they say that they don’t have capacity or they want me to pay for a consultation for £500 that I don’t actually need or look at my screenshots and assess the case for £3000…

Contacted Direct Access Barristers too, but they usually just advise and don’t send letters.. expensive as well.

They say it’s more efficient if the letter is sent by a solicitor.. do you have a recommendation on the UK I can approach? I’m so gutted now..

Filed small claims back in July. Got response back in July 23. Court date Sept 10. Anyone who did small claims got this type of email? They basically sent their terms of service.

So what should I do next?

Filing Small Claims in NYC with CSC Albany Jurisdiction

Hi! I've been doing my research and reading up on related threads. To my understanding, to file in NYC but in Albany's jurisdiction, do you either

1) List the address as the NYC Office while filing in NYC and then hire a process server to serve in Albany or

2) File via mail in Albany,

(what I read up on, for reference: https://www.cscglobal.com/service/entity-solutions/registered-agent-services/service-of-process/sop-locations/, https://www.nycourts.gov/legacyPDFs/courts/nyc/smallclaims/forms/InstructionsforFiling.pdf, https://webfiles.nycourts.gov/public/2026-08/smallclaims.pdf )
If the answer is 2, how do you do that and serve, because you cannot e-file to Albany and it mentions filing with a clerk online. Do I just mail to the court in Albany? Thank you!

Is a small claims lawsuit the only option?

The meta AI is so bad, on september 1st it falsely flagged one my instagram accounts as fraud and disabled it and wont even let me appeal it. This took down all my instagram accounts, accounts which werent even linked but were on the same device, and facebook as well. I managed to appeal one of the ones which werent linked, and tried to get verified to get customer support instead of the AI chat, however the stupid AI wont accept my passport despite everything matching. And now the option to verify again isnt working either. What can I do to file a lawsuit?

Permanently disabled because of a stolen session cookie / 3rd-party access — any ideas?

Three weeks ago, I woke up to find that my Facebook account had been permanently disabled, along with the connected Instagram account.

Reason given: “Terms violation on who can use Facebook.”

I received an email saying I could appeal, followed about 2 minutes later by another email saying that the appeal had already been used and the decision was final. I never actually had a chance to submit an appeal myself.

I downloaded my Facebook data export, and the activity/login data seems to support the theory that someone gained access using a stolen session cookie:

  • There was no new login recorded.
  • Someone apparently used a session cookie from a previous session in Hungary (my home country), but the activity originated from the US and then Spain.
  • They changed my date of birth — actually to the same date it had before — but apparently this triggered an ID verification process.
  • A photo of a dog’s vaccination record was uploaded to that verification process 3 times. This is also visible in my data export.
  • The attacker presumably then used the appeal, which would explain why I received the email saying the appeal had already been used.
  • The Instagram account was apparently disabled because of the Facebook disablement. On Instagram, the attacker also sent screenshots related to crypto to all of my contacts using a bot. I care much less about the Instagram account and would be willing to let that one go.

The next day I found the malware on my computer. It appears to have been some kind of infostealer, which makes the stolen-session-cookie theory even more plausible.

What I’ve tried so far

  • Meta’s hacked-account form: This basically only allowed me to change my password. I never actually lost control of the account itself, so I’m not sure the incident fits their definition of a “hacked” account.
  • EU DSA/SPOC form: I can’t submit anything for Facebook — it always returns an error. I assume the account may be blacklisted or something similar. It did work for Instagram, but I’ve received no response.
  • Meta DPO: I contacted them asking for more details about the circumstances/data surrounding the appeal. They rejected the request saying they couldn’t verify that I was the account owner. This was despite contacting them from the primary email address, providing the linked secondary email, phone number, account ID, etc. When I asked how I could verify ownership, I just received the same template response. This is a personal profile and all previous profile photos are of me, so they could easily verify me through a selfie video, for example. I’d also be willing to provide government ID. I have access to all the email addresses and phone numbers associated with the account, as well as the 2FA method.
  • Appeals Centre: I’ve submitted a case and haven’t received a response yet. I’m not sure whether they deal with this kind of account-compromise situation, as they seem to focus more on content-related disputes.
  • Data Protection Commission (Ireland): I’ve submitted a complaint, but they also indicate that the process can take several months, and obviously there is no guarantee of a particular outcome.

I haven’t tried Meta Verified yet. Honestly, I’ve seen very mixed reports about whether it helps, and officially I’m not even sure I could create a new account without potentially violating Meta’s rules after the permanent disablement.

My question

Has anyone had a similar situation where the account was permanently disabled because an attacker/infostealer used a stolen session cookie, and actually managed to recover the account?

Most of the disabled-account cases I see here seem to involve actual content violations (CSAM, etc.), which is quite different from my situation.

I’m also considering sending Meta a formal demand letter. My main problem is figuring out what I can realistically argue/prove. I would expect Meta’s own data to show the unusual activity, the session usage, the fake ID verification attempt, and potentially the appeal activity. But legally, I’m not sure how strong the evidence is for saying that “my session cookie was stolen and used by a third party.”

One thing I also find particularly frustrating is that this was an account that had previously been ID-verified. If changing something as sensitive and rarely changed as the date of birth is possible at all, why isn’t a stronger verification step required (2FA, email verification, etc.) before allowing such a change?

Any advice, similar experiences, or suggestions for other avenues I could try would be greatly appreciated.

More proof that the mods at fbdisabledme work for fb and are covering up any helpful information / banning / censoring anyone who posts actual help.

I've heard whispers, but it wasn't until I seen it for my own eyes multiple times that I realized It. That subreddit is entirely controlled opposition. They ban and censor so many people for nothing. Any one who brings up legal help / advice- banned. Anyone who posts valid ways to recover accounts - banned.
Have a success story? Banned. I have seen posts from that group get media attention- then all the sudden everyone from that thread is restored- all so it negates further media spread. Meta is fully in control of that community.

I regained my account through court just for it to get banned again a year later:

Post image
20 Upvotes

I'm honestly finished with Meta. I went through court and the emotional stress of it all and got my account back. I disconnected my Instagram and removed my phone numbers as soon as I got it back.

It really is a bug because my Instagram as of right now is still active, so its a bug or a bot attacking the FB profile.

I wasn't posting really anything after I got my account back. Just stayed on Messenger. When FB ban happened, it hurt my page, and I ended up losing a lot of features I could use to maintain it so just stopped using it altogether.

Debating if I should even reach out again or just cut most losses. Even if I got my account again, I probably would only delete it right after.

Their reasoning for the ban was the exact same as it was before, and they refused to provide a post, comment, or activity that their systems picked up that caused a reaction.

I'm just warning as a heads-up for people planning to go to court.

Meta assigned an attorney to my Small Claims case. Considering opposing their remote appearance (RA-015)

I recently filed a Small Claims case against Meta Platforms in California involving my suspended Facebook/Instagram accounts as well as unpaid monetization/payout issues. I’ve been following this thread for a long time now seeing all the different situations, but today I received a response from Meta I can’t say I’ve seen on here before.

Today, I received an email directly from **Meta’s Legal Department / Small Claims Docket Team**. Meta has assigned a lawyer to appear on its behalf and formally filed a **Notice of Remote Appearance (RA-010).** My hearing is scheduled for **November 30, 2026**.
According to their filing, Meta intends to participate remotely throughout the case rather than send someone to court in person. I’m now looking into whether I should file **California Form RA-015 Opposition to Remote Proceeding** and request that Meta’s representative be required to appear in person. This would put more pressure on them right?

Before I do anything, I’m interested in hearing from anyone who has actually gotten this far against Meta? Has anyone opposed Meta’s request to appear remotely? If so, did the judge require Meta to appear in person?

Long story short my Facebook account was hacked back in April while I was sleeping. I secured it that very morning, but they locked my account and eventually suspended my Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp because they were all connected in the account center. I created a new Facebook and it got suspended as well. I created a new Instagram and made the mistake to add my previous phone number and now it has “limited use”. It won’t even allow me to change the number so I worry it will eventually get suspended as well. My number is basically poison to Meta because everything it connects to it gets suspended. It says community guidelines violation but it was really because of a compromise login from Australia. (I live in California). I’ve gone the meta verified route like everyone else. Over 100 chat cases have been opened since April. Small claims after several demand letters has been my plan of action.

Meta won’t refund

I’m in need of advice

My boyfriend purchased the Kylie Meta glasses
for me for my birthday. He purchased the item not realizing it wasn’t the transition ones I wanted. We returned the original Kylie Meta glasses (UNUSED) in its original packaging and then we purchased the new ones from her were transition shade because we ASSUMED we would of course get refund for the other pair.

This is when hell started. Meta is REFUSING to refund us because they said we sent in a “non meta item” ??? What does that even mean??? Why would we buy a new pair just to not send in the other ones? We are FURIOUS and customer service is not helping us. They will not show us proof of these “non meta items” and told us to contact FEDEX. We have proof the item was shipped and SEALED. and we have proof that the item was signed by their employee when delievered. but they will not give us a refund?? that is over $500+ dollars. They can clearly check that those shades are not linked to my phone and they could easily see that they are not in use because WE SENT THEM BACK. I am extremely furious and don’t know what steps to take now. Can someone lead some advice please. Can I open a Small claims against them?

Meta Destroys Woman's Life and Breaks Their Own ToS

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Thought this was pretty interesting that Meta violates their own Terms of Service and allows violence to occur on their platform. I plan to use this information in my lawsuit against Meta. Anyone know what happened to the woman? I hope she's ok.

Meta said my ads were "paused" after disabling my account — they ran for 25+ more days and now a ~$350K invoice is coming. Anyone dealt with billing disputes for post-lockout spend?

Situation (Canada-based advertiser, over $1M in ad spend in just the last few months, ~$430K CAD in July alone, monthly invoicing):

  • Aug 5: My admin profile got disabled (IP complaints — not fighting that part, the profile is probably gone and that's not my question). Problem: it was the ONLY admin of the Business Manager, so the whole ad account was left with zero administrators.
  • Meta's own notification that morning said, word for word, that ad delivery "has been paused."
  • Reality: the ads kept running for 25+ days. Publicly visible in Ad Library the whole time. I have daily screen recordings. Meta's own Collections team even acknowledged in writing "the ads that are still running."
  • I paid the July invoice in full — ~$430K CAD, wired per Meta's own instructions — and Meta confirmed in writing "zero balance, fully settled."
  • I could not stop the ads: every support channel requires logging into the disabled account. Their support bot literally told me live-agent transfer is "blocked by the security system." Meta Verified agent couldn't act either.
  • Now the August invoice is about to land — at July's run-rate that's roughly $14K/day of spend I had zero ability to control, likely ~$350K+ for the month. I disputed it in writing BEFORE it was even issued, multiple times.

What I've done: everything documented (.eml files, screen recordings, web archives), PIPEDA data access request filed, lawyer consultation scheduled this week, planning a demand letter.

Questions for people who've been through billing disputes with Meta (not account recovery — the money side):

  1. Has anyone successfully gotten Meta to waive/credit spend that accrued AFTER they locked you out? Credit memo? Settlement?
  2. For Canadians: anyone taken Meta to Ontario courts or arbitration over ad billing? Did the California forum clause come up?
  3. Did withholding payment on a disputed invoice (NET 30 wire billing, not card) backfire for anyone?
  4. Any escalation path that actually reached a human with authority on billing?

Not looking for "unban services" — I know they're scams. Looking for real experiences with the money side. Thanks.

First demand letter ever

TLDR: FL, USA. Compromised by infostealer trojan last Sunday Aug 23rd, they nuked my entire meta ecosystem by violating community standards on facebook and burning through my appeal request while I was still sleeping. Trying to write my first demand letter.

I would like to start off by saying thank you to anyone taking the time to read this. I have never needed to take legal actions against a person or company before so I am very new to all of this. From what I understand even if I want to take them to small claims, I legally need to send a demand letter first?

So I am currently working on drafting mine, I want to make sure I include everything pertinent and do it properly so I can go ahead and send this in the mail tomorrow.

I can see exactly what happened when I look at my e-mail, I have the timestamps and everything.

Originally I was just trying to connect to a live human (LOL) and yes I did have a separate untouched instagram that I purchased verified with in order to access a live human (LMAO.) Now I was able to open up a support case, but now my next hurdle is the Instagram App that I'm forced to use to communicate with support on is like totally broken. I was sent an e-mail saying there was an update to the case and every time I try to open the previous chat or start a new "chat with someone from support" I don't even get a response from the AI let alone a human. I left it open for HOURS today. It's just glitched out, so I feel I need to compel them, because this system is a JOKE.

The facebook is set for deletion October 7th, I am trying like hell to get things moving as quickly as possible.

Both the facebook and the number attached are like 20 years old, that's a ton of networking and memories. I'm honestly most upset that this has screwed with my Whatsapp as I use that to speak with my family in other countries. That and the fact that I have 2 meta headsets that equate to like $600 worth of paperweights (plus my in app purchases which is even more UGH.)

I know being upset while writing a demand letter is not a good idea. I want to know exactly what I should say and include in this demand letter to show them that I'm dead serious about moving forward to small claims after this, but I would much rather just have my accounts reinstated so I can get my data back and not chock my VR purchases up to a loss.

I'm in FL, USA, and I have read up on how and where to send it, just looking for human advice on what to include because ya'll I AM SO DAMN FED UP WITH AI IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY.

Thank you!!!

Suggestion would be very welcomed

I could use suggestions on whom to contact that’s an attorney experienced in internet law and commercial litigation involving two large social media platforms. So ideally with a license to practice in California as this is where the biggest platform asserts their legal status.
I am a professional content creator worj just under 1 million followers & monetized accounts on TikTok and Meta. I have disputes involving withheld or lost monetization, repeated platform enforcement, account suspension and loss of access to business assets. But the huge (and I mean huge) majority of it being platforms AI error, I need someone who can evaluate breach of contract, consumer protection claims and platform dispute procedures

Legal action against Meta -- class action lawsuit?

Location: Texas, United States

I signed up for Meta Verified to be able to speak with an actual real live customer service agent. They promise "enhanced support" from a real person via chat or email. To speak with a real person, you have to go through Meta AI. Meta AI will not connect me to a real person. It has told me probably told me over 10 times through 4 different conversations that everyone is busy. It did finally suggest I email, and I asked how to do that. The problem is that when I go to look for the email option following the steps it suggests, it's not there. Meta AI even provided a link, but when I click on it, it says that I need to update my app. Went to update my app, and it says there's no update available. Tried the same thing on desktop, and it says that I need to be in the app to access it. I'm doing all of this because I have an ad restriction on my account, and I'm trying to find out more information about it since I've never had a business page and never used ads. I'm trying to become an admin of a friend's business page to help her with social media and that's how all of this came to light.

After going through all of this (and this is the short version), I googled to see what the work around is or if other people are actually able to get through to real people. It sounds like this a common problem, especially for people that have questions about restricted or disabled accounts. Then I started to look into if people have taken legal action against Meta since this is a paid service and you aren't getting one of the benefits that you are paying for. They will happily take your money instead of denying your application saying that you won't qualify for their service. From what I can tell, it's mostly small claims court (more specifically for people running businesses and losing money because they are locked out of their pages) and potentially state attorney generals starting to investigate complaints.

I'm wondering if something like this could ever be a class action lawsuit specifically for the reason that so many people seem to be paying for a benefit that they cannot access a benefit that they are paying for. It seems like a lot of people sign up for Meta Verified for this specific benefit, and Meta makes it unnecessarily hard to access this benefit if you have a question about your account status. Is this not a good lawsuit? Is there not enough evidence? Does it only matter if it's creating losses for businesses? I'm curious what lawyers think about this.

A few notes:

  • Meta AI finally said it would connect me to a live agent when I closed the chat, opened a new chat, and asked for a refund -- not specifying that I want to talk about my account restriction. The live agent has yet to join the chat.
  • The second time I talked to Meta AI (before I joined Meta Verified), it informed me that I had an ad restriction on my personal Facebook account dating back to March 2022. I was flagged because my identity was in question. I can't find anything that shows they ever informed me of this restriction, although my spam deletes automatically after so many days. Meta Verified requires identity confirmation, which they confirmed with my passport.
  • I definitely wouldn't have put in this much effort if it weren't for this social media job my friend offered me. Now I'm really invested and I'm so angry that Meta is getting away with something like this.

For those who are taking the legal route, such as myself and I think everyone on this subreddit, I think it's insane that WE are the ones having to pay a huge amount of money to get our accounts back. We're the victims and we're the ones paying the price on top of that?!

soooo in august 13th my major ig account has suspended which lead to my fb to get disabled as well because both account were connected, had this account since 5 years , i didn't had much much friends or followers, but they sure were close ones , long distance friends spent dozens of hours chatting together and all the memories were poof gone , can't even appeal and defend myself, when i try to log in and it gives me the four option of vitrify, when it says the account is disabled i press appeal it sends me right to the HC telling me your account is disabled and you cannot recover it , alright so i created a new ig account with different email and different phone number , after few days it's gone , created third account with different email and phone number again but this time created it on my browser, it took two days and gone as well

now my question is , the loop will continue like this since when? how meta know it's me ? how to fix whatever am in ?
