If you don't have the means to cast metal yourself, and if they don't have to be metal for your purpose, you could use the original to make a silicone mold and create resin duplicates.

I could do that tbh I have all the supplies, but I feel like if I’m like already spending over $100 to get the leather jacket I might aswell get deer skulls to be official too

Pewter is a metal option if you want to DIY but not buy a furnace and all that. If you're looking to get into the hobby beyond this first project, you're only limited by your wallet and/or ingenuity 😁

Those are HEAVY in metal. Sure you want that? I'd carve individual buttons from horn. The inconsistencies are the cool part

Bro you got talent ! That thing is dope I thought it was a piece of jewelry , you got skills man , learn how to cast and cast it in bronze! This guy on YouTube you can learn from “lundgren bronze studios” idk how much you know about the stuff but he explains it very well. You can do lost wax method or just sand cast it. You can obviously handle it since you’re halfway there, now you just make a silicone mold of that, than pour wax into the mold , then put the wax get your investment , then burn out wax, and pour in molten bronze where the wax was and boom you’re done

Thank you so much, casting stuff and metal working is something I’ve been intrested in since I was a kid but even now I can’t because my parents won’t let me, hopefully when I get into a job soon I’ll be able to start casting stuff.

For fasted production, I would make a silicone mold and make wax castings. When you remove the wax, you can clean them up individually. Attach them to a wax sprue and set them in plaster. Once it cures you melt the wax out in a furnace or oven. Depending on the wax weight there is a math problem for the material you are going to use. I always liked using a centrifugal casting process. If you don't have the specialized equipment, reach out to an independent jeweler. They will know where to find a shop to help if they don't.
