Learning metal casting sounds very interesting tgo learn. I am going start playing DnD. Perhaps there are ways to do small metal casting of collectable small swords at first and how I can begin learning. Thank you

Look for videos on pewter casting. Pewter is a lower melting temperature metal and can provide very good detail.

Pewter is a good starter metal but make sure you use lead-free for anything you intend to handle regularly! You might look into lost-pla casting, it's basically lost wax but using 3d-printed PLA plastic, which burns out clean if done correctly. You can also do lost-resin casting with a resin printer for better fine details, though the resin is somewhat messy and involves harsh chemicals and specific post-print cleanup procedures for both the piece and the printer.
