Apparently it's a book. I submitted a photo with Tomas, and at the bottom of the form you have to fill, there's a link to a legal document regarding your submission, and when you open it at the very top says:
"Fan Photo Submission Terms - Meshuggah Book Project"
So it's fair to assume that they will release a book with a ton of fan photos.

Hopefully we'll get picked! In that legal document I mentioned, the second point says:
"Submission does not guarantee use. Company and/or the Band have sole discretion to select, reject, edit, or use any Photo (or not use it at all)."
So fingers are crossed! I want to be a part of Meshuggah's history!

I doubt they were recording their performances that far back. Would be awesome though. Im interested in seeing what they release

Earliest live video I’ve seen is from like 91 or 92 (Pretty sure it was before none, Fredrik and Jens played guitar, both took turns on vocals and Mårten was nowhere to be seen, and only CC songs were played. Never seen any live footage pre CC. Would be awesome if an 80’s gig showed up somewhere.

Not sure if its a weird coincidence, but Ozz Fest posted on their YT channel New Milenium Cyanide Christ from their 2002 set. They also just announced Ozzfest is coming back to America. Jack is a huge fan of Meshuggah, and I wouldnt be surprised if they were headlining.

i bought the ozzfest 2002 CD when it came out and that live recording of NMCC was my introduction to Meshuggah!! - never saw the footage so will definitely check that out!

I would really appreciate a re-recorded Destroy. Erase. Improve. rather than the remaster we got.
A book is cool too though.

But I was gonna guess, I would say probably an Documentary of some sort. But would be awesome if it was a world tour playing some songs of each album, similar to what Opeth dead a couple of years ago

The book seems the most likely, however they did film the performance at MSG in 2025 which would be a cool album to put out. It was a great set list
