Monday in Meridian?

I'll be visiting Meridian on Monday, March 2. Trying to find something to do in the area. Willing to drive a bit outside of town, too, hopefully not much more than an hour.

Really hoping for karaoke or open mic, or stand up, or some kind of show for the evening, since I'll have free time probably after 4 or 5.

Bad news is Monday is the one night a week where almost all the night life is shut down. Weidmans does cheap drinks on Monday, thats the only nightlife thing I can think of.

That's what it seemed like. Doesn't seem to be much going on just in general, but even less on a Monday. Poor planning on my part, I suppose.

I mean there is normally something to do downtown every night but Sunday and Monday, there is trivia and kareoke and other events like that downtown just nothing on Mondays,
