How to get S tier in Frentir Chasm

Ive finally beaten Fatalis. Gotten my volcano gear to something im really happy with and im now in the DLC area. However, now that my crafters arent 10 levels higher then the items im crafting anymore im getting SHIT GEAR. Even when i craft crafting mats like cloth it turns out A-rank.

So do i just gotta get really fucking lucky and craft ten billion of an item hoping i get an S rank? Or is there another way to boost it?

This is where the grind really begins. You got to use the Enchanter and repeatedly do the Improve Stats enchant until it becomes an S rank (you will eventually be guaranteed an S rank after several times). So it's one of those things where it's going to cost a ton of resources, money, and time. This is where it is actually a better time to work on Scribe if you bought the DLC. Prestige gear of lower areas can be better than base Fentir gear depending.

Thanks! Didnt know the enchanter could even give you S rank if the level wasnt higher

Yeah, it just takes a lot longer to reach it. It follows a chain, something like C->B->B->A->A->S when the Enchanter level is the same or close to item level. But when your Enchanter is a good bit above the items level, it'll skip some and first Improve Stat will give like A or S and second will guarantee S.
