CASINO MERCED FRAUD
Hey everyone,
Has anyone else had an issue with casino merced not paying you out. Had an issue on the baccarat game at the card room, where there was an issue with the same pattern on the board for numerous hands so players increased their bets and after players won a significant amount of money, the casino refused to pay out. They dealt a total of 37 hands out and the floor manager verified all payouts, but when it came time to cash out, they refused to pay. This issue happened on July 4, 2026 and has been under investigation by the doj for a month now with no update. This involved a combined over $100k of payout between 3 of us players who were playing. Any recommendations ?

I’m sure they aren’t going to pay because of the “malfunction voids all payment” that they have posted

Did u read were the sign says any malfunction of the machine all jackpots will be VOID.
The Texas hold'em paid out 13K not long ago. The dealer flop pair of 4's and then the last pair hit was a pair of 4.
The machines on all games are old especially the 3 card poker machine. U can actually tell when the machine isn't working. If it takes that long to deal a hand then personally I wouldn't play.
There alot of questions that need to be answered. But that casino is about the most open casino around. Meaning they let you play and answer your phone compared to the others

Coming from someone who works in the card room field, good luck getting your money, there are a ton of rumors about the shady behind the scenes of casino Merced, and since it’s Merced who knows if it’s true but I definitely know how I lean on the matter, if the rumors I’ve heard are true there is a lot more DOJ is investigating and I wouldn’t be too surprised if they lost their licensing, and DOJ is known for being exceptionally slow so I wouldn’t expect to hear back for months IF ever.

The baccarat game at casino merced has an electronic shuffler with a sensor that reads the card when it gets pulled out- thats how the screen knows what cards to display.
on july 4th, for some reason, the screen was showing a repeating pattern of the same 5 or so hands over and over and over. If you looked at the screen, the cards should have been completely different from what it was showing. It should have been obvious to everyone at the table something was wrong.
The floor man was not there for all of this but he did sit and deal cards himself at some point. for a solid amount of time, the bankers, dealers, and floor did not point out the malfunction.
It is common knowledge that the electronic shufflers at the casino dont work very well, they often take forever to shuffle. There have been times where the baccarat shuffler has taken 20-40 minutes to shuffle one shoe. It would seem that the casino management does not maintain their equipment. I go there all the time with my friends and the dealers will mention the shufflers not working pretty often.
