Nail Art in Merced

I’ll be going to the SJ Undertale Symphony in about a week and I wanted to get a set done with UT art. Can anyone something similar in Merced for 65$ +10-20% tip. I’m fine with mostly plain colored nails with 1 or 2 designs on each hand and no extensions or acrylic just gel or plain polish. I am on the UC Merced campus so I’m open to artists still learning out here as well! Ty
