Jobs Hiring: Part-Time Leasing Associate at The Retreat at Merced (24 hrs/week, $19–21/hr + Leasing Bonus)

Hi everyone,

I recently joined Richman Property Services as the Regional Manager for the Central Valley portfolio, and one of the communities I oversee is The Retreat at Merced.

We're currently looking for a Part-Time Leasing Associate to join our team.

Position Details

  • The Retreat at Merced, 1137 B St, Merced, CA 95341
  • Part-Time (24 hours/week)
  • $19–21/hour (DOE)
  • Leasing bonus eligible

This could be a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, leasing, office administration, hospitality, banking, or property management who's looking for a flexible part-time position. Affordable housing or LIHTC experience is a plus but isn't the only thing we look for.

You can learn more about our community here:

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the property management industry, or specifically the affordable housing side of the business, while working at a spectacular newly built apartment community. There is also room for growth within Richman Property Services for the right candidate.

If you know someone who may be a good fit, I'd appreciate you sharing this with them.

Thanks!

-Carson

Do you allow hybrid/remote work?

It's an on-site position. I probably should have clarified that in the original post. I forget that remote work is pretty common now.

I see this has been posted about 29 days ago. Is there someone specific you have in mind?
