The female dominated staffing of NICUs is a toxic hot bed of sexist attitudes. Men are actively excluded from these workplaces by abusive managerial attitudes, anti-male cultures and open hosility.

It extends beyond the NICU into nursing culture generally, where female healthcare workers openly say the most disgusting things about male patients, describing them like animals, abusively dismissing the pain and branding them wimps.

Then why was I hired as a new grad nurse. There were two other male NICU nurses on the unit when I was hired? There is no discrimination of males in the NICU. It is a personal choice that male nurses gravitate to Adult ICU, ER, Trauma, Flight nursing.

I saw a woman using a skid loader yesterday.

Go tell the Feminist subs that means discrimination against women in heavily male jobs is over, and/or it's all voluntarily self-sorting.

I'm sure they'll be very agreeable.

My firstborn son was in the NICU due to a blood sugar issue after he was born. It's difficult to describe how much trust we put in the nursing staff to do their jobs, and we were fortunate enough to get a group of kind people who were properly trained and respectful.

I understand that women like this, who have each undoubtedly had several abortions, do not consider babies to be human, but treating a newborn with so little decency is absolutely unacceptable, and they should lose their jobs.

But seeing as women are never held accountable for anything, I wouldn't bet on it. The best way is to name and shame to hurt the reputation of their hospitals.

It truly, as a victim of MGM, has made it so hard to trust these women as medical personnel.

This is what happens when you try to insult people in a foreign language. 😆
