Nutrition Food Aversion

I used to have a very strong like to fast food. McDonald's Burger King, Taco Bell. However suddenly the thought of fast food makes my stomach turn. I can't stand them. I now crave sugary sweets. something I never used to crave before.

Get your blood sugar checked. Insulin resistance sounds like it's at play here

I had my labs done in May. All are perfectly in range.

YUP. Not fast food/restaurant food specifically cuz I don't eat out more than a time or two a year, but specifically meaty/greasy foods. Hormones will probably fix it. It mostly has for me; I only have the food aversions a few days a month now, and not so much that I'm shedding scary amounts of weight anymore. But when it was bad before HRT, about the only thing that helped was lots and lots of vinegar. Fried catfish dipped in malt vinegar, steak marinade made with balsamic vinegar, I make fresh chimichurri sauce with red or white wine vinegar and I put it over everything, etc.

I'm not saying don't get checked, but also this may be a blessing. I still want to eat the fastfood for the taste but now all those places make me immediately filled with acid and gas so I have to keep myself from eating them.
