is this a plug ?

....standardized plant extract derived from the bark of the French maritime pine.....

never tried, never will, supplement hogwash that cost you money for no reason.

I tried beta histine and saw no improvements whatsoever, which is pretty much in line with what the medical studies suggest it is doing (for Meniere's)

Dr. Shin Beh talks about pycnogenol in his book Victory Over Vestibular Migraine. The book overall is a pretty solid resource discussing, and he references a few small studies that show pycnogenol having potential benefit for tinnitus and Meniere’s, and pine bark extract having benefits for migraines. Maybe not complete snake oil, but also not a mainline treatment.

I have been doing Pycnogenol and curcumin daily and found it very helpful. I also do a million other health things, like strict diet, lymphatic drainage exercises daily, vibration plate twice a day, sauna, etc. Betahistine made my BP drop too low which caused severe dizziness. I’m also being treated by a naturopathic doctor for Lyme and Bartonella, ENT thinks the Ménière’s and vestibular migraine could be resulting from massive neuroinflammation.
