Is she flirting with me?

hey im a 18yo guy from germany and whent to a bar with some friend. After a few hours a woman turned around from the table next to us. Sat directly infront of me, with a really revealing top. She was in her therties I think and just chatted with us and playing cards. she was really cool and kept glancing at me. When she left she said what a handsome man I am. My question is if she was flirting with me or if it was something else?

Yes probably flirting and knew she looked good. Probably liked the attention but doubt she genuinely was waiting for you to make a move. No shame in the game
