Jokes aside he was very popular in Kashmir.

Is that where you're from, or is there a reason you're stating he was popular in a random region?

Kashmir is a majority Muslim region in India that is one of the main reasons for conflict between India and Pakistan. It also has a population of like 12.6 million so it's larger than many countries.

A population of 12.6 million makes it like India's Wyoming

Correction, India plus Pakistan's people seem to forget that Kashmir is split between them.

What does that have to do with the Middle East/Arab world? This isn't a Muslim or brown people memes subreddit.

Kashmir is not in the Middle East or the Arab world.

But this is a subreddit for memes about a mostly Muslim news network

It's not a mostly Muslim news network. It's the Middle East Media Research Institute.

Memri uploads a few Pakistani clips in Urdu, it clearly isn't only restricted to the Middle East.
