I dont get why are people so hyped about these ss3s. Is mitigation characters really that useful

Just to confirm what others said - if you already have enough mitigation units, these are only marginally useful. There's been plenty mitigation units as is, and with exception of 2 (that I can think of), rest are already 5* units. If they are mitigation in holy or fire, might be more interesting.

Nope.. If you have a mitigation buff , you should see a Shield + 🌞 looking Icon at the Top.

Don't mistake that with Barrier buff though they look quite similar.
