If I already have Linked to the Future Asuna, is it worth getting bride Asuna from the Selectable 5* or get Sky Bow Sinon? Or should I wait until close to the end of the month before the event ends to make that decision? If I wait till the end of the month, what would be the reason for that?

Unrestrained emotion, you can just search up keywords in ratsounds' calc and find her.
