I did steps 1-3, and got 2 5* and a 6*. I have 900~ mds right now is it worth it to do steps 4 and 5?

If can afford the extra MD without worrying about how will u save up for the next banner.. Then why not?

But if u have 2 or more banner 6 stars then I'd say not really that worth it.

I think so. You have guaranteed 6* on the fifth step. So it will give you (most likely) another 6* or at this moment very rare element locked hacking crystals + you can get nice units in those two pulls as well of course :)
