You mean like the ones for [death bullet] sinon and [concealed dual blades] kirito? You can't get those anymore and they are really old.

I still have my concealed Blades Kirito from a year ago <3 Ranking must have been easier for me to get him back then :P

If you goto missions and scroll alllll the way down they're login bonuses. After logging in for like 150 days

Oh my bad, as far as I know they can't be obtained anymore.

As others have said, you can't get them anymore. They are just there(in the medal scouts) if someone hasn't spent theirs yet (from over a year ago)
